We have one of the most experienced teams of Foodservice Consultants in the world. Most of the team have worked together for over 15 years, some go back even further than that! We have worked on over 1,000 projects, developing innovative and ambitious foodservice strategies for Blue Chip Tech companies, major retail and leisure developments, even for whole new build cities. Adam Griffin

Adam works across a range of sectors including retail, leisure venues, transport and corporate environments. He has a specialism in foodservice operations and concept development. Specifically, Adam leads our workplace feeding services, delivering foodservice strategies, assessments, tender processes and contract management solutions throughout the business & industry world.

Ian Hanlon

Ian specialises in retail foodservice development and his special forte lies within shopping centre foodservice. He leads the projects and ensures a timely delivery of the briefs to our clients.  In his role, Ian leads projects across Spain, Portugal, Italy,  Poland and CEE, where he has delivered a range of class leading foodservice developments.

Paulina Herrmann

Paulina is an international hospitality expert who speaks English, German and Polish. Paulina works across all sectors including Shopping Centres, Food Halls, Business & Industry and the Hotel sector - from masterplanning to quality audits. Paulina also leads the development of our popular annual Foodservice Trends publication and has a passion for sustainability.

Ken Higman

Ken specialises in foodservice development within leisure schemes, Food Halls and mixed-use developments. As well as supporting operators in overseas expansion and concept development. Ken plays an active role in project management and client liaison and has managed several Food Hall projects, both within EMEA and the Americas regions.

Richard Moulds

With a degree in engineering and management as well as experience across a range of foodservice types, Richard is our technical specialist and space planner. You will find a “Richard” design at many European Food Courts. Richard has also worked on some great hotel led projects and has a strong background in the Shopping Centre market.
