Houston, We Have a Menu

189 unique meals, 49 cups of coffee (seems low to me), 58 tortillas, 5 different hot sauces 🌶️ and more.

In light of very current events, I thought I'd combine personal and professional passions of mine to bring you a fun post ahead of the long weekend.

As many of you may know, last night the Artemis II crew launched for their 10 day journey around the moon. Naturally, one of my many (!) questions is: To keep those brains working at max capacity and mental health good (imagine someone getting dangerously hangry up there) and with no resupply, no refrigeration, and no space-Deliveroo - WHAT WILL THEY EAT???

A quick research session later, I am delighted to report that we are well and truly past the age of paste-food for astronauts. NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration actually posted the menu for us all to see and confirmed that beyond health and performance they even take into account crew member preferences. So on trend... #personalisation
