Norton Rose, More London
Norton Rose, a leading international legal practice with over 1,000 staff, relocated their UK Head Office in 2007 and turned to Coverpoint to create and deliver the foodservice strategy.
Working closely with the development team, Coverpoint delivered a detailed overview of the existing foodservice business, spread across the existing City sites and then developed a future model for foodservice, as well as a project path to achieve all Client goals. Coverpoint were subsequently appointed to deliver our proposed strategy, requiring a full Contract tender, resulting in the successful selection of a new catering partner for the stunning More London site.
The Client was clear that Coverpoint were engaged because of our unique, commercially oriented business approach, to provide foodservice direction, focus and strategic input to the Professional Team. We developed a comprehensive foodservice strategy for Norton Rose to implement as part of their move to new premises.
The Strategy was underpinned by detailed modelling of the anticipated demand for foodservice in the new building, based on on-site research and mapping the habits and foodservice usage of staff in the existing buildings.
We provided a full range of cost effective foodservice offers for the building, designed to meet the needs of the Client for private dining, meeting room foodservice, staff feeding, coffee bar and a busy grab and go provision. We advised on optimum locations, sizes and seating required for each area, as well as operational and interior design advice.
Coverpoint also project managed the Contract Tender process from selecting a shortlist of potential operators through to recommendation and Contract award. Our Tender documentation was prepared specifically for the Client, to reflect very specific needs and site requirements.
Our Tender Process kept the Client and the wider team informed throughout, whilst minimising their time and input, allowing them to focus on key issues.
